We stand out for our leadership in the construction of large-scale and complex projects, such as office buildings, mixed-use buildings, retail, multifamily developments, and metro works.
SPECIAL PROJECTS
Emblematic Projects
Territoria Project
Santiago, Chile
Project by Inmobiliaria Territoria consisting of the construction of three office towers of 20, 21, and 22 floors, plus a commercial podium, 9 shared underground levels, and a total of 140,000 m2 built.
The project is located on a 12,000 m2 site between Avenida Apoquindo, El Bosque, Encomenderos, and Roger de la Flor. Territoria Apoquindo also has a connection to the metro.
Príncipe de Gales Project
Santiago, Chile
Located at the intersection of Avenida Ossa and the street that gives the project its name, in the district of La Reina, Santiago, this project by 21 Inmobiliaria represented a major challenge for our team due to its scale and complexity. It includes more than 80,000 m² built, 30,000 m³ of concrete, 160,000 m² of formwork, and 4,000 tons of steel.
The project consists of two towers of 23 and 20 floors, seven underground levels housing five parking levels, one residential tower, a commercial podium, and an office tower. This project demonstrates our capacity to develop highly complex projects, combining innovation, construction efficiency, and an approach focused on client needs.
Mall Parque Arauco Expansion
Phase II, Santiago, Chile
Located at the intersection of Cerro Colorado and Rosario Norte, in the heart of the Las Condes district, Santiago, the Mall Parque Arauco Expansion, Phase II, represents a unique challenge in both engineering and logistics terms. It includes more than 75,000 m² built on a 5,000 m² site.
One of the main challenges was to minimize the impact on the operation of the shopping center and on the surrounding community. To achieve this, we implemented strict environmental control measures and detailed logistics that allowed us to minimize the impact of the large construction volumes: 38,000 m³ of concrete, more than 6,000
tons of steel, and 1,100 tons of steel structure.
This project is a clear example of our capacity to develop highly complex works in consolidated urban environments,
Apoquindo Los Militares Project
Santiago, Chile
Strategically located between Apoquindo and Los Militares avenues, in the district of Las Condes and steps away from Escuela Militar station, this project developed by Inmobiliaria FFV is a high-standard multifamily building with a built area of 37,000 m². The work involves significant construction volumes, including 12,000 m³ of concrete, 80,000 m² of formwork, and 1,400 tons of steel.
The project consists of a 22-level tower above ground and seven underground levels for parking and storage rooms. Of the total floors, two correspond to a commercial podium and twenty to residential apartments, creating an integrated proposal oriented toward modern urban living.
This work reflects our capacity to develop large-scale multifamily projects, integrating innovation, construction efficiency, and a strong focus on the needs of our clients and the urban environment.
La Castellana Project
Santiago, Chile
Located at the intersection of La Castellana Norte and Pernambuco streets, in a consolidated residential neighborhood in the district of Las Condes, this project developed by Inmobiliaria Lauda is a high-standard multifamily residential building with a built area of 20,000 m².
The work includes a tower with four underground levels for parking and 17 floors above ground level, including a commercial podium, one office level, and 15 floors of apartments and amenities, creating an integrated proposal oriented toward contemporary urban living.
This project reflects our capacity to execute works in consolidated residential urban environments, ensuring high standards of construction efficiency and quality, together with responsible management aimed at minimizing the impact on the community and its surroundings.
Cruz Del Sur Building
Santiago, Chile
Type A office building, 45,000 m2 built, located on Avenida Apoquindo and Cruz del Sur street.
Architecture by Izquierdo Lehman, developed in exposed concrete, highlighting construction precision and quality control, where structural materiality becomes the main architectural language.
Nueva Apoquindo Buildings
Santiago, Chile
Type A office towers located on the former grounds of the Scuola Italiana. Architecture by A4 and Borja Huidobro. A total of 152,000 m2 built.
The Nueva Apoquindo project represented the largest real estate development of its time, decisively contributing to the configuration of a new urban hub in Santiago, where scale, design, and execution came together to shape an emblematic project.
Hotel W
Santiago, Chile
Mixed-use building comprising the W Hotel, residences, and offices. A total of 110,000 m2 built for Inmobiliaria Territoria. It represented a milestone in high-standard real estate development in the country, incorporating first-class construction solutions, contemporary architectural design, and coordinated execution among multiple specialties to ensure quality, efficiency, and deadline compliance.
Vicuña Mackenna Residential Building
Santiago, Chile
The company’s first industrialized project, which marked a structural change in the way of building, incorporating prefabricated solutions —such as bathrooms and stairs—, preassembled slab reinforcement, and an optimized and lightened reinforced concrete design.
This project not only enabled significant efficiencies in productivity and schedule reduction, but also raised quality and control standards on site, demonstrating that industrialization is a concrete lever for transforming the sector’s performance.
Beyond its results, it represented an organizational turning point, establishing capabilities, learnings, and a new execution logic based on planning, standardization, and early integration.
Multifamily Independencia
Santiago, Chile
Multifamily project in the district of Independencia, addressing the challenge of high residential density through a more efficient and integrated construction logic.
The incorporation of prefabricated partitions and the early integration of specialties made it possible to move from reactive on-site execution to advance planning, capturing productivity efficiencies, reducing timelines, and improving the final quality of the project.
This development reflects how industrialization and early coordination are key to responding to growing urban demand in a more efficient and sustainable way.
Bio Bio Regional Theater
Santiago, Chile
Iconic project in the Bio Bio region, developed by award-winning architect Smijlan Redicc, standing out for its distinctive architectural design, high execution standards, and the capacity to materialize a project of great technical complexity.
Its development involved addressing high-level technical, acoustic, and architectural challenges, combining execution precision with a vision that values infrastructure as a driver of cultural and urban development.
What Defines Us?
Over the last 15 years, after an extensive track record and experience in the industry, and after analyzing its strengths and competitive advantages, the unit has successfully explored markets of greater scale and complexity. These include office buildings, commercial projects, multifamily developments, metro works, among others. In other words, the focus is on projects that require greater engineering and know-how. The characteristics of these more complex works have led to the professionalization of management in: professionals, supervision, safety, subcontracting, direct labor, and administrative staff.
